Why I teach VXN: empowering women
Life can be demanding. Whether you’re a mom giving everything to your family, a professional balancing endless responsibilities, or a woman simply carrying the weight of everyday life, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself.
VXN creates a space where women can step away from their roles and reconnect with who they are. For one hour, it’s not about work, chores, schedules, or responsibilities. It’s about feeling confident, powerful, sexy, and free.
I love helping women rediscover their spark through movement. Watching someone walk into class stressed, exhausted, or doubting themselves and leave smiling, energized, and empowered is what motivates me to teach.

More than a workout: a celebration of self
To me, VXN is more than a workout. It’s a celebration of femininity, confidence, self-expression, and community. It’s a reminder that every woman deserves time for herself, to move, to let go, to feel strong, and to embrace the version of herself that sometimes gets lost in the demands of everyday life.

My hope for every woman
I want every woman to leave class remembering how incredible she truly is.
My goal is for her to walk out feeling empowered, confident, capable, and re-energized, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I want her to reconnect with herself, let go of stress, and remember that she is more than her responsibilities, her job title, or the many roles she plays every day.
If she leaves feeling stronger, happier, and ready to take on the next day with a better attitude, more confidence, and renewed energy, then I’ve done my job.
